• What is Ion Plating? : It’s a vacuum based process of plating which ensures long life to the watches. Stainless Steel Crowns
• Stainless Steel Case Back: This is needed to provide extra resistance to sweat which is acidic and hence highly corrosive.
• What is the water resistance? : The water resistance comes from crown which needs to have a washer and needs to perfectly fit in, the glass needs to be strong enough to handle the pressure and needs to be backed by a washer, and the case back needs to be air tight. Every ILINA watch is 30 meters water proof and has been tested in pressure chambers for being water proof.
• About Crystals on the Dial ?: It will rarely come off from their positions and you should get in touch with the service team in case it does.
• About Crystals on the Watch Case: At times it can come off because these are glued on the surface, in case it comes off – you can get in touch with customer care team to get these fixed.
• About Jewelry: The Jewelry is made of an alloy called Pewter which is a high-grade alloy which is also approved in Europe, the Jewelry has been plated with Gold and or Rhodium which gives it good life. If you do not take shower with it and expose it to water, it will last over the years.

1 Year warranty on watch plating with 2 year warranty on movement. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damages due to rough usage which can lead to scratches and breakage of glass or chain. In case of any defects the watch will be serviced at the central service center. The product will be picked from India address [we cover most of the PIN codes] and will be shipped back to the confirmed address. The warranty does not cover issue of scratches in all watches including black, brown and blue plated watches where scratches are more visible.
