The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damages due to rough usage which can lead to scratches and breakage of glass or chain. In case of any defects the watch will be serviced at the central service center. The product will be picked from India address [we cover most of the PIN codes] and will be shipped back to the confirmed address. The warranty does not cover issue of scratches in all watches including black, brown and blue plated watches where scratches are more visible.
